What we collect
Member registration details (name, date of birth, contact details, guardian details for minors), medical fitness certificates required by Greek sports law, federation registration data, and messages you send us. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To manage membership, ensure athlete safety, register athletes with federations and competitions, meet legal obligations, and reply to enquiries.
Photos of athletes
Photos of minors are published only with written consent from a parent or guardian, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Retention & sharing
Data is kept only as long as membership lasts or the law requires, and is shared only with sports federations, insurers or public authorities when necessary. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data by writing to romansvellers@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
